Roger’s Background Having worked with some of the UKs best know businesses, Roger established Chilli HR in 2002 to help organisations identify and develop individuals with exceptional talent.
Roger created Get Confident in 2007 to build on Chilli’s work and provide individuals outside the corporate structure with the most effective, one-to-one, business and career coaching available in the UK.
Experience It’s said there is no substitute for experience. Roger’s includes multinationals: British Airways, Bacardi, Scottish Courage, Marks & Spencer and Gul Wetsuits; public sector organisations, boutique companies as well as start-up entrepreneurs.
Qualifications A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (C.I.P.D.) the UKs leading professional body for those involved with the management and development of people; a member of the British Psychological Society (B.P.S.) Roger is qualified to administer, interpret and feedback a portfolio of psychometric tests and assessments.
Academic Qualifications He holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management as well as an Honours Business Degree.
