The process allows for discussion to take place away from your everyday life and so avoids damaging and confusing ‘mixed-messages’ being sent.

What qualifies you to be a coach?
Roger Williams is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (C.I.P.D.) the professional body for those involved in the management and development of people. British Psychologically Society (B.P.S.) Level A and Level B means he is qualified to administer, interpret and feedback psychometric tests and personality profiling questionnaires. Supporting these professional qualifications is a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management as well as an Honours Degree in Business. Everyone involved with Get Confident has extensive business, psychology or H.R. experience.
