The small specialist team is led by Roger Williams, creator of the Get Confident Brand.
Roger’s background: having worked with some of the UKs best know businesses Roger created Get Confident in 2007 to provide the most effective, one-to-one, executive business coaching available in the UK.
Experience: it’s said there is no substitute for experience. Roger’s includes multinationals: British Airways, Bacardi, Scottish Courage, Marks & Spencer and Gul Wetsuits; public sector organisations, boutique companies as well as start-up entrepreneurs.
Qualifications: a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (C.I.P.D.) the UKs leading professional body for those involved with the management and development of people; a member of the British Psychological Society (B.P.S.) Roger is qualified to administer, interpret and feedback a portfolio of psychometric tests and assessments.
Academic Qualifications: he holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management as well as an Honours Business Degree.
